Sandbox Holdings Riding Program
Four stages, one offer, left to right. Everything here is editable and nothing reaches a family until you publish.
- 1Sales page
- 2Agreement & policies
- 3Checkout
- 4What happens when someone pays
Sales page
The page families read before they pay — your photo, your words, every plan on one page.
Agreement & policies
What a family signs before they pay, and the makeup and cancellation rules it is written from.
No agreement pinned to this program — each plan falls back to its own, or your barn's default checkout agreement.
Changing a policy number does not rewrite a contract that is already written. Re-draft after a policy change, or the paperwork and the app will say different things.
Checkout
What a family pays, where they land afterwards, and the email that arrives.
Your barn has no Stripe connection yet, so no card can be charged on any plan.
What happens when someone pays
The wiring behind the card — already built, listed here so you know what your barn is promising.
- Stripe is not connected yet — no card can be charged
- Online enrollment is switched on for your barn
- The signed agreement is filed against the family, before the card is charged
- An account holder is created and given a way in — no password to invent
- Every rider on the form becomes a student on your roster
- The enrollment starts and the payment lands on your Stripe account
- The welcome email goes out with your note and the signed PDF attached
- You get an alert that somebody enrolled
Publishing will put your page up and set your plans live, but until Stripe is connected, nobody can pay.
The real thing
Captured by the Playwright harness against the actual build on 7 September. Same layout as above; this mock only stands in for the login and the API.
